
Thai courses are offered in three levels which are Beginning, Intermediate, Special Class
(Speaking Only) and will include content on Thai traditions and culture. The appropriate
teaching units will be matched to each student for best results. Instructors will continually adapt
teaching lessons to suit students’ situation.
Beginners Course (specifically for Kids): 1:00 – 3:00pm Location: Library
Topics:
· Thai Alphabet & Thai Tones
· Combining letters and spelling.
· Importance of the "wai" and how to execute it
· Construct & respond to simple questions
· Thai traditional activities
· Thai families
Intermediate Course: 1:00 – 3:00 pm Location: Basement
Topics:
· Thai language fundamentals.
· Learn words meanings.
· Thai history and culture
· Reading simple stories
Special Class (Speaking only – for foreigners): 1:00 – 3:00pm Location: A room next to the
library
Topics:
· Describe everyday objects, colors, locations
· Giving directions, daily activities, days of week
· Numbers, telling time
· Holding simple conversations
· Dialogues & expanding conversations
· Learn Thai Culture, Thai history and Traditions
**All Classes, instructors will notify students when classes will be closed on that day.

Music class is taught by local volunteers.
For temple festivals, students have the opportunity to perform for the guests and also participate in cultural festivals in St. Louis area.
