What would one gain by attending this session?  One would get to learn the meaning of life, and how to live one's life without being overwhelmed with chaos. One would learn first-handed the correct way to meditate, so that one would gain insights into seeing the true nature of things, without being blinded by one's own bias, and free oneself from disease and suffering.

Method One would have the opportunity to train oneself to gain "Mindfulness" and "Self-awareness" through practicing Insight Meditation based on the "Four Foundations of Mindfulness."

Goal This will help one lives a happy life, through perceiving things with pure perception. One would not be lured by one's own 'craving' and 'concept,' which are basically generating conceptual biased thoughts, tainted with greed, hatred, and delusion.
